Ketamine Treatment Pricing

Intramuscular Injection Ketamine

$400 per treatment (This does not include the cost of the medication used).
The required initial treatment series consists of 6 treatments (twice weekly for 3 weeks). The cost for this initial series is $2400.
IM Ketamine can be used to treat many mental health conditions, certain substance use disorders, and may also provide some benefit towards treating chronic pain.
Additional maintenance treatments may be needed which will be determined in conjunction with the treating physician.
Some private medical insurance companies and VAC/RCMP/Fire may cover partial or full cost of the medication. Please contact your insurance provider to find out more.

Intravenous Ketamine

IV Ketamine can be used to treat both chronic pain as well as certain mental health conditions.
$600 per treatment (this does not include the cost of the medication).
For mental health conditions, the required initial treatment series consists of 6 treatments (twice weekly for 3 weeks). The cost for this initial series is $3600. Additional maintenance treatments may be needed which will be determined in conjunction with the treating physician.
For chronic pain, the required initial treatment series consists of 1 treatment per month, for 3 months. Maintenance doses are tailored after this by a treating physician, depending on your individual response.

Intranasal Spray Ketamine

$200 per treatment (this does not include the cost of the medication).
20-28 treatments are required over the course of 6 months.
- Month 1 – treatments twice weekly
- Month 2 – treatments once weekly
- Months 3–6 – treatments once weekly, or once biweekly

Individuals receiving intranasal treatments may require a different dose or a different number of total treatments which will affect the overall cost of the medication.
